Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between the client (“you”) and West London Security Centre (“we”, “us”, or “our”) for the provision of security services, installations, and related products.

Definitions

“Client” refers to any individual or business requesting services from West London Security Centre.
“Services” refers to any security-related product, installation, or consultation provided by us.

Scope of Services

We provide supply, installation, and maintenance of security systems, including but not limited to intruder alarms, CCTV systems, door entry, and access control. The specific services will be detailed in the service agreement or quote provided to the client.

Quotes and Payment Terms

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due upon completion of work unless agreed in writing. For large projects, staged payments may apply.

Installation and Site Access

You must ensure clear access to the premises for our engineers on the agreed date. Delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party contractors or environmental factors beyond our control.

Warranties and Liability

All equipment supplied and installed is covered by a 12-month warranty unless otherwise specified.
We are not liable for any damage caused by misuse, unauthorised interference, or external circumstances such as power surges or lightning strikes.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled installation, a cancellation fee may apply.
Refunds are not available for completed services or installed systems unless proven faulty.

Privacy and Data Protection

We comply fully with the Data Protection Act and GDPR.
Your personal details will only be used for communication, billing, and providing services — and will never be shared with third parties without consent.
